Method 1 - Pour in place Modify forms to accept a standard inlet head as shown or screw the head directly to interior form. |

Method 2 – Block-out Block-out an area with a 4" piece of PVC pipe. Once forms are removed fill PVC pipe with mortar and push inlet head with plumbing extension of at least 11" through pipe (be sure both ends of inlet fixture are taped). Then trowel to a smooth finish. |
